Ingrediant:

15 Gr Ginger - Puree
30 Ml Sweet Soy Sauce
40 Ml Candlenut
10 Gr Kencur
15 Gr Pepper
30 Gr Galangal
50 Ml Vegetable Oil

How to make:
1. Marinate the chicken with a delicate turmeric and lemon juice. Set aside.
