Ingredients:
600 Gr beef- Cut long and big for steak - Wash
300 Ml Water
10 Gr Salt Cap Kapal®
130 Ml Sweet Soy Sauce 
100 Gr Butter
160 Gr Ripe Tomato - Peeled skin - Chopped

Ground spices:
20 Gr Shallot
30 Gr Garlic
20 Gr Salt Cap Kapal®
70 Gr Brown Sugar
10 Gr Ginger
6 Gr Nutmeg
30 Gr Candlenut- Roasted - Puree

Rough seasoning:
10 Gr Bay Leaf
20 Gr Lemongrass
5 Gr Anise
3 Gr Cardamom
20 Gr Cinamon Stick
3 Gr Cloves

How to make:
1. Sauté the ground ingredients until fragrant with butter - enter the chopped tomatoes, stirring until wilted.
2. Add the rough seasoning and water. Stir.
3. Add the beef and cook in a closed state until cooked and tender.
4. Lift and separate beef with sauce. Thicken the sauce with a little flour if necessary.
5. Cut the beef with a thickness of 1 cm, Bake briefly with a small fire.
6. Arrange on a serving plate, pour the sauce and sprinkle with salt iodized Cap Kapal®.
7. Serve with boiled potatoes, wotel, beans, and sweet corn.
