RAW MATERIAL
- Bright white color
- Particle size not more than 2cm
- Moisture averate 7%
- Minimum NaCl concentration 90%
GRINDING
Achieving fineness of up to 80%.
WASHING
Washing process using Brine with concentration between 20-25° Be and magnesium (Mg) content is 10 PPM maximum.
DRAINING
Separation process of salt crystals from mud and other contaminants.
IODIZED
Adding iodine (KIO3) to the salt.
DRYING
Separates fine salt and coarse salt using vibrating screen.
REFINE
Drying was conducted by blowing hot ari to the salt, to perevelt salt to become humid and couse to clot.
PACKING
